The Twist Of A Sting

The Twist Of A Sting

A sunset in the Pioneer Valley, Massachusetts, 2007.

It’s come to my attention
There’s an age old game
Being played under His sun.
Listen carefully,
If you don’t live truthfully,
You’re going to get stung,
And you will be
The one to blame
For your own actions.

It’s a game of deception
Perfectly acclimated
In technology
And social activity
For this time period’s
The hook is a false buy in.

The parts and the players
Are cooked.
The hook is perfectly positioned.
And in the game
Of Acquisition’s existence,
Herein lies
The vulnerability, the victim,
The ploy, the bait,
And the conclusion.

The ploy is a false buy in
Called “Deception.”
This dark form of light
Indirectly leads Greed,
The Vulnerability
On an unknowingly wild goose chase.
Greed, who is so overcome
By a monumental acceptance need
And the get rich desire,
Tendrils for exploitation,
Led directly by
A group of deceivers,
And their game of deception,
Called Acquisition.

The human vulnerability
Is an egotistical power spire
Where one who is so affected
Doesn’t see
Through the lens of their conscience
The critical choice
To walk away
From such a sting.

In their demise,
The victim
Blames the Bait (Truth),
The hook used to lure them.

The Victim should be looking
To their own hands,
Which did the choosing
To participate in the need for greed,
Which caused the susceptibility
To their own predation.

Was the lure
A black widow
As blonde as the sun,
Using seduction
Over your body’s feelings?
Or was the lure a scorpion,
So adept at seducing
Your sexual attraction?
Or was the lure,
Simply a chance
To be better than everyone else,
A god, with your own kingdom?

No matter,
The Victim should say,
“Yours truly,”
Is the responsible one,
Who allowed this hook,
The Bait called Truth,
To be used against them.

The game is called
The Acquisition.
A veil is cast
To hide the illusion
Of the sting
By such elite deceiver’s

The Bait is a Truth
That appears incredibly believable,
Because it is!
This is how
They’ll be deceiving you.

They use this Truth
Against itself
For their own profit,
And lure you
By getting you to buy in
To supporting the Truth,
According to their agenda,
For their money making stratagem.

Be careful,
Or you’ll let yourself
Get taken by them.
They have structural power,
Authority in many corners,
Great influence, and,

They especially know
How to flatter your ego
Down to its minute
Psychology parts.
If you buy in to their attraction,
You won’t know what hit you.
All you will feel is
Their hook did its job,
A Truth, how could it not?

You’ll only know
That you’ve deceived yourself
By making an agreement with them.

Are you angry with the Bait
For allowing yourself
To be deceived by such an agenda?
If this is so,
Then you are giving
Your power away to your ego,
When you should be
Taking personal responsibility
For what you got yourself into.

Why do you think,
I keep turning the other cheek
And walking away
From their attractions?
Because simply,
I know the truth
Of their agenda.

They want to use you
To take from another (the Bait)
This is their objective,
By making the Truth appear
As an illusion to take you
By their deception!

Are you listening?
Be careful,
These people are hunters,
Extremely skillful at appearances,
And they use every possible resource
To make their kill successfully perfect.

You’ll be left
With your biggest blunder
Because you bought in to
Their illusion.

Eastern Newt Salamander, an adorable creature making his home in the woodland forest.

Are you listening?
Be careful,
The Bait and the Sting
Are following.
Have you let the old adage,
“Your eyes are much bigger than your stomach,”
Get the best of you?

The Acquisition
Has quite a ring.
They use black magic
As a veil.
It’s their tool of illusion
To cover the truth
Of their deception,
And structural power
To accomplish their objective.

The only way
You’ll see through
Their illusion
Is by living truth.

Are you listening?
Be careful,
Have you been selected
As a candidate
For their ruse?

The Gospel of Matthew 7:13-20  Judging Others

13 Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.

14 For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.

15 Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

16 You will know them by their fruits.  Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes, nor figs from thistles, are they?

17 So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit.

18 A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit.

19  Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

20 So then, you will know them by their fruits.
