Bluebird Joy Transforms The Bully Story

A juvenile bluebird.

A juvenile bluebird.

I was cutting the grass,

The other day,

And lo,

Under the apple tree

Had fallen,

The broken body

Of a Bluebird, a baby.

This young one’s energy

Was taken away,

By a gang of sparrows,

Fighting for power

In the form of property;

Plentiful roosts,

Food and housing.

Of course,

This is the nature

Of wildlife survival,

And yet for humans,

A deeper message

Regarding the sense

Of self worth

For our inner child,

Prevailed once again,

And, instantaneously.

A bully can be

Like a crane operator,

Who parks the machination of mind

In a location.

He then controls

His flexible, bendable shaft,

His intent of psychological outreach,

To effect another’s happy living.

A bully will infiltrate

The recipient’s gateway,

With broken remnants

Of painful existence.

A bully

Wants to degrade the self worth

Of the target’s psychology,

Because a bully

Was most likely,

Bullied the same way.

A bully reaches

His or her shaft up high

Into another’s sky

Of innocence and truth,

Given them by God.

A bully is a person

Who wants to achieve

The blooming of self doubt,

So the target chooses

Their own demise.

A bully is one

Who is hurting,

And wants those who are happy,

To hurt with them inside.

In truth, as adults,

Bullies surround us every day.

They reveal as husbands and wives,

Business owners,

Virtual platform users,

Public safety officers,

Lawyers, clergy and educators etc….,

Who project their intellect

As silent perpetrators,

To garner power abusively,

Coyotes,

Beneath white clothing,

Yet to be healed,

Broken, painful, emotions.

Bullies,

Aren not just in the classroom.

Watching Bluebird in their habitat is really enjoyable. They are happy, confident creatures.

Bluebird’s message

Is our walk,

Of confidence and joy

Within the memories

Of our childhood skies,

Our recollections of guilelessness,

And the goodness

In our lives.

These memories

Are to be kept

Strongly in the forefront

Of our hearts and mind’s eye.

This is a bean pole and scrambling pole bean! This picture reminds me how clouds sidetrack our good focus in life.

A bully’s healing

Will only come

When their choice

Is to let go and seek help,

For the pain

They’ve experienced

In walking their own worth.

The creation of happiness

Starts now.
