“Stolen water is sweet; and bread eaten in secret is pleasant.”
“But he does not know that the dead are there, and that her guests are in the depths of Sheol.”
A hierarchy of energy
Has been announcing an entry to existence.
By quiet and God loving living,
It alights from tree to tree,
Calling its team from across the breeze,
Cackling the sounds of guttural phrases.
Black feathers are proof of truth’s manifestation, that,
God places everything
To be made known for perception.
Truly, God’s lightening strikes.
The rounding presence of His voice
Is thundering depth in space.
Those of us who perceive His light,
Are marked,
To make known His blessings in life,
To choose to do what’s right,
To glorify Him by keeping to,
The path of HIS Ten Commandments.
To compare, to compete, to deceive or to thieve,
His vocal streams of understanding
For personal or political gain,
Are human beings, caught by tenacious desire,
Fencing the world of power, and,
Beckoning thunder’s adversary.
The tenacious desire for power
Always beckon’s thunder’s adversary,
Making it more difficult to stay true
To one’s soul convictions, which,
Resonate in the light of God’s understanding.
Even when one acts by their good conscience,
Forging greater good’s friend,
An adversarial voice,
One whose need reveals the action
Of the double mind’s false balancing,
Lurks around corner’s intersection.
A spiraling vendetta rises to place
Better than best in quintessential race.
One must stay focused,
With the heart fulfilling proper space,
So the greater good for life
Will conduct the fruitful bounty of effervescence, and,
Will never be muddied or erased,
By plagiarizing.
Clean footsteps are the proven grace,
By the good and right road embarked upon,
Guilelessly displayed.
“Stolen water is sweet and bread eaten in secret is pleasant.”
“But he does not know that the dead are there, that her guests are in the depths of Sheol.”
Like squash,
Whose vines travel and fruit during the blessed heat of summer,
Emerging footholds of light are growing.
With fine grains of salt,
I say, “Keep going,
Spread far and wide,
But keep to the side of truthfulness,
Stay in the light of God’s commandments.
Help human beings avoid,
The swarming winds in the tides of ‘I,’
Those whisperings manifested into publicity,
That truly reveal biased and personalized merchandising.”
Help them open their eyes,
To see and act
Upon the appropriate free will choice,
To rise above the double mind in promoting life.
May we choose to be for God,
To refuse the veils of versions of truth,
Cast in the clothing of double mind style.
“Stolen water is sweet; and bread eaten in secret is pleasant.”
“But he does not know that the dead are there, that her guests are in the depths of Sheol.”

Mindful questions regarding this post:
Do political arenas desire to control society at the expense of what is good and right for the citizens?
Isn’t media the political arena’s most valuable opportunity to garner votes?
Is media for profit or a false prophet for profit?
When we open our newspapers or see and/or read news, do we really know the true story behind the editor’s production, and is what we absorb from its publishing good for us?
Are we receiving unbiased news in the local media publications we purchase?
I apologize if the above questions are offensive. I do believe that there are great media organizations that endeavor to produce truth in their publications. However, there are many that are just after ratings, profit, identity and of course, power.
So when we are on our beach, perceiving what is best for us, we must keep the swarming waters at bay. The only way to achieve this, is to be for God.
Have a blessed day.
