The Holy Spirit: A New Perspective For The New Year

We are coming into the last hours of 2011.  Is this particular time different from any other year end and new beginning?  Maybe, maybe not.  We all have those year end tasks and pleasantries, such as tax planning, bill paying, and socializing.  But most especially because many of us are home for the holidays or are in places of care with other caring people, hopefully, we are happily congregating with each other before we begin again next week!  In light of our current earthly manifestations and for consideration, I am compelled to offer a writing on a view of the Holy Spirit for the new year.

I only write when I am obliged by my higher self to communicate something of spirit.  All I can say is that a profound force makes known to me that I have everything I need to write.  So God bless to all in 2012 and may you discover such new life by choosing faith in lifting your being to the Holy Spirit.

My Dad shot this photo a couple of years ago. I had just had surgery and he was concerned I was driving too fast.

I am a voice in the air
Calling to the highest force
In the universe
Hoping He hears me
Glorifying His light on Earth

I happened to be at the right place at the right time for this photo, which I took in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts a few years ago.

Asking Him for the most loving way
To reveal how He wants us to drive our lives
In our earthly creations
Where through His Holy Spirit
In our living we create cheer

Gone shall be heartache and suffering
And ways of possession that cause separation
His Holy Spirit shall cleanse these vibrations
In all of our relations
By helping us know to choose His Holy Spirit first
In our essence and air

Can we look towards Heaven
Beyond our individuality and religious doctrine
What hope in the One Most High
To bring us together resonating
When we choose to receive His Holy gift
We shall be universally creating

Perhaps He will make known to us
Not to try so hard to be noticed
Outside of ourselves

When we look to Him first
Instead of  our own will
His lovingkindness through the Holy Spirit
Will help us
Look to each other
In the same vibration

Our One, Most High
Offers us all
His gift of the Holy Spirit,
This feeling and sense of loving light
That relaxes us and helps us see
To move into forgiveness
His Holy Spirit is encouragement
To help us focus our navigation
In this peaceful and bright direction

His peace will pervade
And help us absorb
The wondrous gifts we are to receive
When we behold them together in our surroundings

Spring in the Pioneer Valley, Hatfield, Massachusetts, on a flood plain of the Connecticut River.

This sense of Him is a sweet feeling
And happily replaces
Our choices to own
A piece of Him

A view of the setting sun through a silent wood on a winter's day.

Behold the evidence of this declaration
His Holy Place in Bethlehem
Is in disrepair, existing
Doesn’t this make one wonder
How much this must sadden Him
When we choose to disregard  the receiving
Of His lovingkindness
As it is meant for all of us
And instead choose possession?

Storm clouds over the Pioneer Valley, Massachusetts

A realization within dawns
That by trying to possess
He, the One
Instead lends to darkness
And manifests separation

His most Holy places for us
In wait, resting
For His light to dawn salvation
It is He at their gate, always
Hoping for us to know
His loving kindness

For when we stand together
And receive the gift of His Holy Spirit
He descends it abundantly
On all of us
And He knows we are truly glorifying Him,
The highest force in the universe

Despite our flavor of prayer
He’ll know we really care
Because we know that our choice of the Holy Spirit, first
Is His gift of our common interest

Imagine that this could be His way
Of celebrating His glorious coming
By giving us the knowing
Of how to distribute labor among religions
For His Birth Place’s renovation
In Bethlehem

His small creatures
Provide us humans
With apt demonstration
We can all eat our favorite food
In His house
When we exist naturally
By His light of the Holy Spirit, resonating

Years ago when I was a girl, my Dad helped me build this bird house for a school project. Some 50 years later it is still standing in my parents backyard. My Dad loves feeding the birds and this is his photo. It is amazing to see such community when one puts the right food out!

We can fashion a house to worship Him
With our priests speaking their religious doctrine
But it’s the Holy Spirit, through Him
That
descends life to all of us
In our breathing

When we, humanity can see this way to choose Him
That even in our religious doctrine
His tabernacle, the Holy Spirit
Is for all of creation

The last photo in the book, Walking On HIS Footstool, that He gave me to write. This entry is entitled, "His Cup"

He will open wider His gates of Heaven
And the world will be a better place
With peace and joy on autopilot, creating
A new year is coming
To Him, let’s get listening!

Note:  “The 1700-year old church, one of the holiest sites in Christianity, is in a bad state of repair, largely because the priests cannot agree on who should pay for its upkeep.”

I was just searching for this information for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this type of informative web sites in top of the list. Usually the top web sites are full of garbage.

  2. We are the hearts of humanity.
Let the One, Most High instruct our hearts by the light of the Holy Spirit.

    Proverbs 4:20-27 A Father’s Instruction

    20 My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
21 Do not let them depart from your sight
Keep them in the midst of your heart.
22 For they are life to those who find them
And health to all their body.
23 Watch over your heart with all diligence,
For from it flow the springs of life.
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth
And put devious speech far from you.
25 Let your eyes look directly ahead,
And your gaze be fixed straight in front of you.
26 Watch the path of your feet
And all your ways will be established.
    27 Do not turn to the right nor to the left;
    Turn your foot from evil.

    Glory to You, LORD.
